NCR understands.  In the past, "Stay to Play" policies have often had a negative connotation associated with them.  Teams are hesitant to participate for several reasons, but more often than not, the hotel room pricing offered by the program is outrageous!

The Region believes that a GOOD tournament hotel policy CAN benefit everyone involved.  That's why we have worked diligently to develop a program which allows NCR to continue to offer the lowest tournament fees, hire USAV vetted and trained referees to officiate events and support the local economies of the communities in which we host events.  In addition, we want to provide our members with a hotel program that makes booking your tournament rooms easy AND actually creates savings for participating teams.

NCR has partnered with sports travel industry leader, Tournament Housing Services (THS), to assist teams in securing affordable lodging with ease when attending NCR hosted events.  As the industry leader, THS negotiates the best price per room for each event and creates an easy-to-use hotel reservations page so that tournament registrants can compare hotels, amenities, locations, and cost. NCR is thrilled that the hotel reservation experience will be greatly improved for our clubs/teams!
