USA Volleyball introduces a brand new online Learning Management System (LMS), simplifying the registration and online training process for our North Country Region junior and adult members.   When purchasing a North Country Region - USA Volleyball membership, your credentials were automatically sent to the new LMS. 

TROUBLESHOOTING COMMON USAV ACADEMY ISSUES

• To launch USAV Academy, log-in to SportsEngine through a web browser, not through the SportsEngine phone app.  
• If you have just purchased your membership, allow 30-60 minutes for SportsEngine to communicate with USAV Academy. 
• USAV Academy performs best on a laptop or desktop using Google Chrome.
• If a module stalls, it is likely because it is being viewed on a Mac utlizing the Safari browser.  Switch to Google Chrome or a different computer. 

 All Officiating Certifications are valid for one season and must be completed yearly.
