To receive NCR-USAV sanctioning approval, tournament hosts must agree and adhere to ALL
NCR TOURNAMENT SANCTIONING REQUIREMENTS which are in place to protect our member clubs and participants.

Prior to applying for sanctioning, please review the ADMINISTRATIVE and ADVANCED EVENT SYSTEMS (AES) requirements provided below.

Please review suggested Team Registration Confirmation Copy for AES that will be included in the electronic confirmation which teams will receive when they register for your event in AES.  This copy will be used when NCR builds a tournament in AES UNLESS the club Tournament Director provides alternative copy when completing the sanctioning application.

If you have any revisions to the AES suggested copy, please be prepared to include them in the Tournament Sanctioning Application below when prompted. 

If you would like your event to be a verified Region Rank Tournament, the Tournament Director must submit the tournament results to NCR-USAV on the provided spreadsheet within two weeks of completion of the event.  Verified Region Rank Tournaments will be highlighted on the NCR Events Calendar listing and will be shared via NCR social media throughout the season.  Step-by-step instructions on the tournament results submission process can be found on the TD Resources page.  IMPORTANT:  All scoresheets must be kept for the duration of the season.
