In-Person Officiating Clinics are right around the corner, and the Region is updating our list of NCR Clinicians. Region clubs, whose teams are all members of NCR-USAV, have the option to request an In-Person Officiating Clinic. NCR Clinicians facilitate these clinics, teaching the junior players and coaches on-site. A lesson plan & slide presentation are provided to our clinicians to use at approved NCR In-Person Officiating Clinics.  If you would like to be an NCR Clinician, please click the link above and complete the In-Person Clinician Application.

North Country Region requires an Independent Contractor Agreement on file before payment can be released to officials.  The Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) must be completed each year.  If you already have a W-9 on file with NCR, this only needs to be updated if you have had a change in information.

North Country Region will be utilizing the AES platform for assigning officials during the 2023-2024 season.   Register for ALL events through AES.  NCR will facilitate assigning and payment for NCR hosted events.   Link to AES registration and the registration information sheet are provided below and by the graphics above.
