TROUBLESHOOTING COMMON USAV ACADEMY ISSUES

• Must have a CURRENT membership to see this season's courses. 
• Must be signed into the SportsEngine account associated with the current membership.  If a member has multiple SE accounts, make sure they are signed into the correct SE account - the one associated with this season's membership.
• To launch USAV Academy, log-in to SportsEngine through a web browser, not through the SportsEngine phone app.  
• If you have just purchased your membership, allow 30-60 minutes for SportsEngine to communicate with USAV Academy. 
• USAV Academy performs best on a laptop or desktop using Google Chrome.
• If a module stalls, it is likely because it is being viewed on a Mac utilizing the Safari browser.  Switch to Google Chrome or a different computer.
