North Country Region hosted a free beach clinic for all ages at the Rabanus Beach Courts in Fargo , ND.  Dana Cooke, Assistant Beach Coach for Volleyball Canada, served as the clinician for .  twenty junior age volleyball players,

Coach Cooke took time to instruct the entire group on passing, overhand setting, serving, attacking, and team strategy.  Just as important she shared valuable lessons of being a good teammate, how to find success in the sand, and provided one-on-one instruction when needed.
