Complete Admin Requirements

When an administrator role is assigned that requires additional safety requirements, an email will be sent from USA Volleyball through SportsEngine after a current NCR - USA Volleyball membership has been purchased. The email will:

  • list requirements needed for role
  • provide direct links to complete requirements

Add Administrator/Coaches/Players to Directory

You must have "Organization Administrator" or "Webmaster" permissions to add members. 

  1. Sign in to "SportsEngine HQ."
  2. Once in "SportsEngine HQ" click on the Members tab then choose Directory.
  3. In the top-right corner of the screen, click Add Person
  4. Input the member's Name and Email Address plus any optional fields.
  5. Click Add
    • To add multiple members, check the box next to Add Another.
    • The member you added will receive an email asking them to accept your invitation.
    • This invitation must be accepted before assignment of roles can occur.

***This is the same process to add coaching staff and participants that aren't already in your directory***

How to Assign Permissions

  1. Sign in to "SportsEngine HQ."
  2. Click on the Members tab then choose Directory.
  3. Find admins by click the Admins tab and selecting the desired person.
  4. Choose the Permissions sub-tab. 
  5. In the top right-hand corner of the page click the grey pencil icon.
  6. Choose a permission (*Note: You MUST check mark USA Volleyball Manager in order for Administrator to have access to Season Management and USAV memberships).
    • Full Access: Can access your club's SportsEngine HQ features (Directory, Invoicing, Registration, etc.)
    • Limited Access: Has limited access to SportsEngine HQ determined by you.
    • No Access: admin role without access to HQ.
  7. Click Save.
