New and existing clubs will need to register their clubs prior to each season. This will ensure we have up-to-date contact information as well as connect your club to USA Volleyball through North Country Region.

Once a club is registered, the Region will validate safety and membership requirements prior to posting on the NCR Club Directory.  NCR's club directory continues to be the "go-to" source for parents, players, coaches, and tournament directors.

Adult players registering an adult team will manage rosters in AES and NOT SportsEngine HQ. 

• Expand opportunities to compete; most other organizations accept Region - USA Volleyball clubs into their tournaments
• Safety - USA Volleyball sets the bar for safety across all organizations.  Other organizations accept USA Volleyball's background screen, SafeSport training, and coaching credentials
• Club registration affiliates your club to North Country Region  and USA Volleyball
• Access to USA Volleyball resources: officiating training, coach education, SafeSport, and more
• Initiates next-step processes between your club , North Country Region, and USA Volleyball
• Ensures your club is recognized as a USA Volleyball Club to compete in any of the 40 Regions of USA Volleyball
• Codifies each club's unique Club Code so that your club is registered accurately in tournament event systems (AES, SportsWrench, etc..) which are used regionally and nationally
• Maintains the club's status as a North Country Region - USA Volleyball registered club in USA Volleyball's membership management system
