GENERAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
USA Volleyball secondary liability insurance and USA Volleyball Certificate of Insurance are valid when the following requirements are met by each individual directly participating in an event (tryouts, competition, practice, scrimmage, etc...)
- Current 25-26 NCR - USA Volleyball Membership
- Participation waivers - electronically signed during membership purchase process
- Completion of safety requirements associated with the membership

JUNIOR MANAGER
- Junior Age "Coach" Manager - 17 and under (complete IMPACT, complete "Core" Center for SafeSport Training, adult - head coach present at practices and tournaments)
- Contact membership@ncrusav.org to access the 25-26 NCR-USA Junior Manager Membership
- Must be two years older than the team's age division and/or oldest player on the team, whichever is greater
- May ONLY serve and be rostered as a manager who assists the adult age (18 and up) coach
- Background screen required if turning 18 during the club season (09/01/2025-08/31/2026)
- Head Coach (adult) must be at practices and matches
ROSTER REQUIREMENTS
- Participants have appropriate and current 25-26 NCR-USAV membership
- Membership assigned to the club
- Completion of safety requirements and trainings for memberships that require a USAV Background Screen, SafeSport Training, or IMPACT Training
ROSTER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 1 Head Coach
- Minimum of 6 Junior Players
- Uniform Numbers of all Junior Players
