NEW CLUB

• first year club  OR 
• club did not roster a team in USA Volleyball Webpoint during the 2019-2020 season

club registration affiliates your club to North Country Region - USA Volleyball and initiates the processes to ensure  your club can compete Regionally and Nationally under North Country Region and USA Volleyball

RENEWING CLUB

• the club had at least one team roster in USA Volleyball Webpoint during the 2020-2021 season

club registration maintains the club status as a North Country Region - USA Volleyball registered club in USA Volleyball's membership management system

WHO COMPLETES THIS FORM?

• Club Director or Designated Club Administrator

REQUIREMENTS TO COMPLETE FORM*

• Current USA Volleyball member
• Current cleared USA Volleyball approved background screen
• Current SafeSport training
• Is in good standing with North Country Region and USA Volleyball
• Granted permission to sign waivers for the club

*Approval for the club directory will occur when verification of requirements are met.
