It is recommended that teams bring their own first aid kit.  There will be no trainer provided at the playing site. 

Rostered Players and Coaches
First & second place finishers in the GOLD DIVISION ONLY will receive medals. 

• Online Team Check-In will open approximately 1 week prior to the event!
• COACHES OR CLUB DIRECTORS MUST complete Online Team Check-In for their teams prior to tournament play. Paper rosters will not be accepted.

• Check-in may begin 45 minutes prior to the start of the first match of the event. 
• A rostered adult should check-in with the NCR Representative on-site.  No paperwork is required to check-in at non-qualifying events.

Winona State University Women's Volleyball Team will provide full concessions on-site as a fundraiser for their program. 

The Event Staff and fellow participants request that if anyone planning to attend this event has any of  the following less than 24 hours before or during the event:

• fever
• vomiting
• chills
• been exposed to someone with  a communicable disease, virus, etc. within 48 hours of the event

North Country Region will dedicate an area for Lost and Found. Unclaimed items will be placed in Lost and Found. If not retrieved prior to the end of the tournament, items will be left at the facility. 

Lost cell phones, computers, etc. will be stored securely with NCR event staff.  Please ask at the staff table about these items.

Certified USA Volleyball officials will serve as R1's for this event.  The work team for a match will need to provide the following personnel:

• A coach on the work team roster needs to be present at the court his/her team is working at all times.
• R2  (can be a coach)
• Score Sheet
• Libero Tracker
• Score Flipper
• 2 line judges

Free on-site parking is available at each location.

TEAM ENTRY 

The facility will open to players 45 minutes prior to the first match of the day.  When selecting an area for your team "camp", please leave bleachers and other spectator seating areas clear of backpacks, etc.  

When packing up at the end of the day, please be sure to leave the facility cleaner than you found it. 

The following items and behaviors are prohibited at this facility:

• personal chairs/lawn chairs/etc..
• laser pointers
• firearms, weapons of any kind
• noise makers
• bullying
• unsportsmanlike behaviors and actions

Our first priority is ALWAYS the safety of our attendees and participants! With the recent uptick in incidents at large-scale events nationwide, we are implementing increased security measures.

This is a private event and organized under the rules and policies of USA Volleyball. Adults working with minor age athletes will meet safety requirements of USA Volleyball.

Only eligible participants, on an official SportsEngine USA Volleyball roster, will be allowed to be on the team bench and meet work team duties.

Spectators are required to show proof of ticket purchase and appropriate hand stamp for entry and subsequent re-entry into the event.

Event Staff may remove any participant or spectator from the venue for inappropriate or dangerous behavior. Refunds will not be provided if removal occurs.

Spectators ages 5 and under do not require a ticket for entry.

TICKET REFUND POLICY:
- tickets are not transferable once scanned
- requests for unused ticket can be made after the conclusion of the event by Noon of the Monday following the event to email tournaments@ncrusav.org
- credit card dispute for any used or unused ticket may result in team  or player suspension until dispute is cleared
