Dear Member,

This newsletter is an informational publication that is sent out approximately ten times per year.  It is sent to all registered members (18 years and older) with a valid e-mail address. The newsletter is to keep our members informed of current events and important information such as upcoming deadlines, etc. More detailed information can be found on our website at www.ncrusav.org. NCR staff is here to help our members have a successful season!

The NCR Office will be closed at Noon on April 5th until Monday, April 9th for the Easter Holiday!

CAP I and II courses will be held this summer during the Junior National Volleyball Championships at the Minneapolis Convention Center. All questions and registration is through the National Office. Click here for more details. Early bird deadline is May 31, 2007.

Background Screening-Any adult involved with a junior team must have a background screen and be a member. The screen is good for two seasons. If your name is NOT on the list you will need to be screened this season. Current Season list will be posted at the end of the season. More information here.

National HP program Tryouts sponsored by USA Volleyball:  Girls – Minneapolis Convention Center, April 13 & 19-questions contact Tom Pingel (Tom.Pingel@usav.org)  at the National Office.

Refund Policy-Once registrations have been received and checked in, there is NO membership refund.

Membership cards are no longer required for teams traveling outside of the region. NCR will no longer send them out.

All teams and players can view the scorekeeping PowerPoint presentation online.  If you do not have PowerPoint, you may download a viewer by clicking here.

Kaepa/NCR Club Rewards Program

 

 

  • Juniors (Ages 18 and under for boys and girls)
  • All junior coaches must be IMPACT certified. The IMPACT schedule can be found here and if you have any questions, contact Jennifer.
  • Last scheduled IMPACT course is Saturday, May 5th.
  • Uniform Information for boys and girls is posted on the website
  • NOTE-Teams can add players, coaches, chaperones, etc at anytime. Send in the proper paperwork and membership fee with a copy of the current roster or a note stating EXACTLY what team to add the person to.
