Officials

Teams are allowed to select zero, one or TWO Liberos for each MATCH. All possible Liberos (up to two) must be written on the Line-up sheet before the match begins. Teams using one or two Liberos must be certain their uniforms can easily be distinguished from the rest of the team and IF a second Libero is used it is preferred their uniform matches the first Libero (this may be required for play outside of NCR events). Any player listed as a Libero may not perform as a regular player during the match.
All rules for the Libero position remain the same as past years.
In tournaments where Liberos are allowed to serve, they may only do so for one line-up rotation (service position). Any combination of first Libero, second Libero or the regular player(s) occupying this one line-up rotation may be the server.
Simplified rule interpretation for using two Liberos in a match: All rules pertaining to the Libero position remain the same however, two individuals are allowed to play the Libero position.
