NCR Modifications for use at events hosted by North Country Region

North Country Region will allow teams to change libero(s) each set in all North Country Region sanctioned events except the Regional National Bid Tournament for the 2012-2013 season.

This is a hybrid approach combining aspects of both the USAV and college/high school rule.

The coach is allowed to designate up to two liberos per set and these can change each set. They are not designated for the match.

All players must utilize the same jersey number throughout the match and the requirements for a contrasting uniform must be meet for all libero players.

A player now has the ability to play as both a libero and a "regular" player during the same match. Thus it is possible that 6 different players from a team could participate as the libero in a best 2 out of 3 match.
