Advanced Officials Clinics

What is it?

NCR Advanced Official Clinics are designed for the adult Official preparing to be hired to work as a Referee, Scorer, Clinician, Trainer or Rater.  It is mandatory that Officials attend the Advanced Official Clinic each year to be certified to work at the following NCR events:  The Presidents’ Day Festival, Regional National Qualifier, Area Championships, Junior Clinics, and Teach ‘n’ Train or Rating Sessions.  Advanced Official Clinics last approximately 3 hours.  In this time frame, attendees will be given a tutorial on the domestic competition regulations for the current season.  All Advanced Official Clinics are taught by a USAV Junior National or National Official who is an NCR member.

What to bring?

Please bring your own whistle to the Advanced Official Clinic if it is held at a tournament.  The Officials Membership Form, Independent Contract Agreement, and Consent & Waiver Release (if your background screen has expired) need to be filled out and submitted along with your membership and clinic dues to the NCR Office BEFORE the date of the clinic you attend.  Dress comfortably, Official uniforms are not required.  Materials provided will be a small gift, a rulebook for the next two seasons, and an outline for the clinic.

Clinic Fee

A $5 Attendance fee is requested.  All Membership forms & fees must be submitted to NCR BEFORE the date of the clinic you attend.
