Dear Offiicals:

NCR staff would liike to thank Candy Kolbow for her time and service to North Country Region. As of July 1st Cara (Bartolic) Lang has taken over her duties. If you have any questions during the season feel free to contact Cara. Cara Bartolic recently was married hence her name change-Congratulations Cara!

Bob Stanek was the R1 on the Men's Open Gold Final Adam pike was the R1 at the 16 Boys Gold Final in Richmond VA qualifier Tim Harlow had his International debut at the euro cup invitational for sitting teams in roermond, holland.

We are now taking names of interested officials for the 20th Annual Presidents' Day Festival on February 13-14th, 2010. Please contact Cara if you are interested.
If you are interested in becoming a member of the NCR Rating Team please contact Cara.
if you are interested in becoming an NCR Clinician Observer (NCR is looking for a group of individuals who will observe the Junior Official Clinicians) please contact Cara.
If you are interested in performing Teach-N-Train (NCR is looking for individuals who go to leagues/tournaments and assist with officiating) sessions please contact Cara.

USAV National Meetings Updates

Casts are forbidden in all competitions.
If player equipment were to fall to the floor its necessary to stop and asses delay.
R1 must confirm the Coach and/or Captain and they now must sign the scoresheet once the match is completed.
Only request for a substitution when the Player enters the substitution zone.
One Team on the court at their designated time during warm-ups.
A registered adult MUST be at the scorers table at Juniors events.
National Officials must complete 30 hours of service per year in the Region to keep their Ranking.
